- Specialize in German, Silesian, Italian, or optionally American cuisine
- Supervise and maintain quality standards
- Monitor food stock and supply levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- (If head chef) Handle order placements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a chef
- Specialization in German, Silesian, Italian, or optionally American cuisine
- Experience in dietary catering (optional)
- Communicative German language skills (B1/B2, possibly A2)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
